Physicals for 2022-23 season

Hello,

Please note that all HS ice hockey players will need physical exams in order to participate in the 2022-23 season. This will need to be completed before any on-ice activities which may begin as early as mid-August.

You may have your child's health provider perform the physical.

We will be announcing a date once confirmed if you would choose to get a physical at Dr. Singh's office on Saxer Ave
